Background

Karen Jackson has over 20 years experience in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management.  She is passionate about helping companies to create motivating environments where individuals are encouraged to realize their full potential to build successful organizations.

As a consultant she is able to draw upon her diverse experience as an Organizational Effectiveness and Human Resource Professional, gained while working in both the private and public sectors in Canada the U.K. and the U.S.A.  Understanding organizations from the inside and having first hand experience of managing large-scale change enables her to develop workable, practical solutions with her clients.

With a B.Sc. (Hons) Psychology from City University, London, England and Postgraduate (H.R. Management & Labour Relations) from North/East London University, she is well equipped academically to support her clients.  She is also trained to use a number of psychometric tests.
